 Ed and his wife, Kay, are the
founders of Eckenberg Farms. Their philosophy of excellence, integrity
and absolute commitment to quality has formed the backbone of the
company’s growth and reputation. Ed now serves as the Chief
Financial Officer of the company. He has passed the reins of
day-to-day management to his sons, Bob and Jim.
