In 1989, we added more barn storage for cubes. Cubes normally must ‘cure’ for at least 4 weeks prior to shipment. We also added our first bagging facility in the small building in the middle of the picture. This aerial picture shows the last time Eckenberg Farms made cubes from field-chopped hay.
